Royal Air Maroc

Royal Air Maroc, often abbreviated to RAM, is the national airline of Morocco and one of the main players in air transport in Africa. With its main hub located at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, the Moroccan carrier serves more than ninety cities around the world, covering local, regional and international destinations.

By the majority’s testimony, trips on RAM planes are memorable, but for some, the experience can take an unexpected turn, as was the case when a flight was canceled at the last minute. This unforeseen event can create a real turnaround for the passengers concerned.

In these circumstances, the immediate reaction of passengers can vary from frustration to incomprehension, especially if no clear reason is given at the time. Last minute cancellations can occur for several reasons, including unexpected technical problems, hostile weather conditions, various emergencies or even constraints linked to flight operations.

A difficult choice but there is no other option: cancel your reservation and request a refund. This resolution, despite the distress it causes among travelers who have conscientiously organized their trip, may in certain cases be the only possible outcome.

Generally, to initiate the refund process, the passenger must contact the airline or travel agency through which the ticket was purchased. The Moroccan carrier may offer different options, such as full or partial refund, credit for future travel, or even rerouting to an alternative destination.
