How to make a claim online ?

Indeed, now European Regulation CE 261/2004 has established common rules regarding compensation and assistance for passengers, in these cases, compensation for which can go up to 600 euros, depending on the flight.
Passengers who are victims of these inconveniences can claim compensation from the airlines, by sending a request on the carrier’s official website or by mail… However, be aware that the companies do everything to avoid their obligations, by invoking an endless list extraordinary circumstances, which could have caused disruption to the smooth functioning of the flight.
However, if you wish to make a claim online, through an intermediary, who will take all the steps for you, you can opt for a compensation assistance company, and you will only have to ‘to enter your flight number and date, so that the site checks your eligibility for compensation. The company’s team then initiates and monitors the complaint procedures. In the event of a dispute brought before the courts, these sites work with lawyers. - Indicate your personal information : Name, first name, postal address, email, telephone number, etc.

You should complain to the flight operator if things go wrong, not the company you booked your flight through.
Example :
If you booked a ticket via British Airways, but you were on an Air France plane, Air France is responsible for the disrupted flight and it is up to them to compensate you.
What if the airline refuses to compensate you ?
If you have requested compensation yourself from the airline, and they have refused you compensation. Apart from the possibility of entrusting your file to a specialized expert online, you can contact the General Directorate of Civil Aviation.
